We want you to feel comfortable introducing VeraPaws into your dog’s daily routine. Use the product consistently and see whether it earns a place in their meals.

If you are not happy with your purchase, or your dog simply does not take to it, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we will refund 100% of the purchase price.

Even if the pouch is empty. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email us at info@verapaws.com.au with your name and order number. We’ll respond with the next steps and arrange your refund.

A fair-use promise

Our promise is designed to give genuine customers confidence when trying VeraPaws. Repeated or unusually high-volume refund requests may be reviewed to help protect the promise from misuse.

Sometimes a smaller starting serve, a different mixing method, or another formula may suit your dog better. You are always welcome to contact us, but you do not need to troubleshoot with us before requesting your refund.
